Citizen Key Bindings
These key bindings apply to all citizens.
LEFT ALT - Use Third Eye/Activate mouse on popup menu
K - Create new scene (will conflict with default Police binds)
L - Toggle vehicle lock (must have keys for the vehicle)
B - Point / Toggle seatbelt (when in vehicle)
M - Phone (must have phone in inventory)
A / D - Rotate camera in clothing menu
T - Open chat (text box for commands)
E (while sprinting) - Tackle
X - Hands up / Cancel emote
G - Toggle vehicle engine
Z - View hotbar loadout
U - Ragdoll
P - Map
F1 - Player Interaction/Work/Vehicle/Walk Style Menu
TAB - Inventory (Self, Trunk, Glovebox, and Ground)
Shift + E (while seated) - Stand up from seat
`/BACKTICK/GRAVE (same key as ESC) - Cycle voice proximity
CAPS LOCK - Speak over radio
HOME - View player IDs (important for RDM/VDM reports)
HOME - Check heist statuses (same as /scoreboard)
1-5 - Use hotbar items
6 - Use Hotbar protected slot (bottom of inventory)
UP (arrow key) - Enter selfie mode when using phone camera
Minus (-) and Plus (+) keys - left and right turn signals
BACKSPACE - Toggle hazard lights
F3 - Open emote menu
DELETE - Delete scene (will conflict with default Police binds)Citizen Chat Commands
These commands are used in the chat window accessed by pressing T. and can be set as a binding using /binds command
/911 [your message] - Contact emergency services
/911a [your message] - Send anonymous 911 message)
/bank - Check bank balance
/cash - Check cash on you
/bill [id] [amount] [reason] - Send someone a bill
/binds - Open slash command binding menu
/decorate - Decorate your house (must be inside owned house)
/divingsuit - Remove diving gear
/e [emotename] - Use emote
/e c - Cancel emote
/emotemenu OR /em - Open emote menu
/fix_voice - Attempts to fix your voice if something breaks
/gang - View your current gang
/getintrunk - Get in a vehicle trunk (must be open)
/givecash [id] - Give someone cash (when nearby)
/givekeys [id] - Give someone keys to your car (when nearby)
/id - View your current player ID
/job - View your current job
/me [your message] - Shows text over your character
/parachuteoff - Remove and repack parachute
/report [your message] - Message Admins
/roll [number of dice] [how many sides on dice]
/streamermode - Disable music from DJ booths, boomboxes, car radios
/helpme - Partial revive for when there are no EMS/Police on duty to help

These key bindings and commands are used by whitelisted Police Job.
F5 - Open Police speed radar & plate reader (while in vehicle)
DELETE - Open MDT
K - Mark last 911 call on GPS
/callsign - Set your callsign
/cuff - Cuff/Uncuff a person (works without handcuffs)
/depot [price] - Send someone's vehicle to depot (price optional)
/escort - Escort a person
/impound - Seize a vehicle (only use on vehicles seized as evidence, usually use /depot)
/mdt - Open MDT
/flagplate [platenumber] - Flag a vehicle plate
/unflagplate [platenumber] - Unflag a vehicle plate
/plateinfo - Check vehicle plate for flag
/jail - Send someone to jail
/unjail Remove someone from jail
/paytow - Pay a tow truck driver
/paylaw - Pay a lawyer
/palert - Send a police alert
/pobject - Place/Remove object (also can use F1 Work menu)
/spikestrip - Place a spike strip
/clearcasings - Clear bullet casings from scene
/clearblood - Clear blood from scene
/anklet - Add/Remove GPS anklet to nearest person
/ankletlocation [CSN] - Track GPS anklet location
/seizecash - Take cash from nearest person
/grantlicense - Grant diver or weapon license
/takedrivinglicense - Take someone's license
/takedna - Take a DNA sample (need empty evidence bag)Medical Keys & Commands

/status - Get health status of player
/heal - Heal the person in front of you
